A campaign backed by Sport London and Public Health London, the aim was to increase the numbers of BAME taking exercise by promoting the Couch to 5K app. This app is already promoted by BBC Sport but the numbers of ethnic minorities downloading it were low.

The purely social campaign was centred around using a diverse group of people, who do not normally exercise regularly, but have benefitted during the lockdown from getting out more. The idea was to visually show that you don't have to be an exercise obsessive to benefit from using the app, as you can set your own goals and take it one step at a time, as often as you like.
